The father of two has his roots in New York City. He was born on October 21st, 1977 making him 40 years of age. Much of his early life including his education in New York is unknown. However, sharks always puzzled him even when he was a toddler.

The TV star went on to pursue a degree in marine biology at the Florida Institute of Technology.
