Rich Froning and wife Hillary Froning adopted a little baby boy

Rich Froning is a well-known athlete, and former firefighter from Cookeville, Tennessee. He started his career in 2009 started his career and first took up Cross Fit.   Everyone remember his a dramatic second-place finish at the 2010 CrossFit Games. But he shows to all world he is a born athlete who is burned winning and in 2011, Rich took first place in the CrossFit Games, earning him the title “Fittest Man on Earth”.

Later in 2012, Rich Froning became the first man in history to win the Games twice and strengthing his place as the top CrossFit athlete in the world.

The last 7 months have been beyond a struggle, as we have had 3 failed adoptions. I've hit rock bottom many of times, only to be picked up again. But just like lakelyn, he is worth all the tears, heartbreak and waiting. I would go through all the suffering again just so God could bring my babies into our arms in miraculous ways! That's exactly what they both are, Miracles! I will never take one second for granted or the privilege and honor of being my two sweet babies mama! This adoption is second for this couple. In 2015 Rich and Hillary adopted their first children-girl, Lakelyn. It was two days before the 2014 game began on Rich’s 27th birthday when the couple made a public announcement about Lakelyn’s arrival to their family as a new member.

February 20th.. Such a joyous day for our little family! Lakelyns Adoption day, (2015) the day she officially became a Froning! We had a little breakfast with family and friends this morning. The new member of the Froning family is Richard Lyle Froning III “Trice” and he was born April 25. The happy mother says “He’s just a little feller but we have the technology to make him larger, stronger and faster”.

This was a stressful and difficult way for the couple because Rich and Hillary had a few setbacks over the past before this adoption, but God rewarded them after all the tears, heartbreak and waiting. This way took seven long months. But now the Froning’s family getting bigger and bigger and after all of that, the Froning’s are a family of four.

One time Hillary said they want to have a big family and we hope this is not the last adoption in the Froning’s family.
